DELIVERY

Once your payment is confirmed, your order will be carefully packaged and dispatched within 1-2 days.

We aim to deliver within 2-3 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, including courier delays, public holidays, or regional restrictions.

You will receive a confirmation once your parcel has been dispatched.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Each piece from The Form Allegiance is vintage, pre-owned or one-of-a kind, and may show natural signs of age and character.

For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

However, in accordance with The Consumer Protection Act, if an item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and details of the issue. 

We will asses each case individually and, if applicable, offer a repair, replacement, or refund.

Please note that slight variations in colour, texture, or patina are considered part of each item's unique charm and are not regarded as defects.
